Wy'East Resource Conservation and Development Council is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization that has been in operation since 1994. Resource and development councils encourage rural development, ensure natural resource sustainability, and foster community growth. The board of directors for each council is made up of interested city and county commissioners, local business leaders, utility representatives, and farmers. Originally focused on Central Oregon, Wy'East RC&D has since expanded to deliver programs across the Pacific Northwest region.
We provide outreach and on-the-ground technical assistance to agricultural producers and rural small businesses to accelerate the demand for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
